Absentee Bid Form
If you can’t attend our in-house auction we will be able to bid for you. Tell us your maximum bid and we will bid on your behalf in increments from the opening bid amount. Please confirm your bid amount is a valid increment. Otherwise we may round down your bid to the nearest amount. Whether you are interested in fine arts, furniture, decorative arts, jewelry or Asian antiquities, simply Download and fill the form and Email it to us: chinaartsinc@gmail.com.
Please note that a Buyer’s Premium of 21% will be added to the Hammer Price for all auction items. In the case that the Hammer Price is above fifty thousand dollars, the Buyer’s Premium on the incremental amount above fifty thousand will be lowered to 10%. Sales tax will also be charged unless you have a valid resale license register with us on file, or arrange to have the auction item shipped out of California.
When you hit Place Bid, you agree to the following terms:
China Arts Auction hereby authorized to bid on all the Lots listed in the form, up to the price stated, and will try to secure them as reasonably as possible. China Arts Auction assumes no responsibility for failure to execute these bids for any reason whatsoever. All bids will be treated as offers subject to our Conditions of Sale policy.
If you do not have an auction history with China Arts Auction, you may be contacted to provide a valid credit card number in order for us to execute your bids.
Bidding Increments

Note: Absentee bids which do not fall on the increments may be lowered to the next acceptable increment. For example: An absentee bid of $548 may be taken as $550.
