If you cannot attend our in-house auction, it is possible to bid by phone. Whether you are interested in fine arts, period furniture and decorative arts, Asian arts, jewelry, antiquities or more,simply Download and fill the form and Email it to us: chinaartsinc@gmail.com.

If you do not have a purchase history with China Arts Auction, you will be required to leave a refundable deposit to secure a phone line.  If you are not the highest bidder, your deposit will be returned within 24 hours of the sale date.

I agree that all phone bids will open at a minimum amount and understand that my phone bidding privileges will be revoked if I do not bid at that amount.

I have read, understand and agree to comply with China Arts Auction's  Conditions of Sale. All bids will be treated as offers subject to the Conditions of Sale.

I understand that there is a 21% surcharge (Buyer’s Premium) added to the Hammer Price on all items. In the case that the Hammer Price is above fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), the Buyer’s Premium on the incremental amount above fifty thousand will be lowered to 10%. Sales tax will also be charged unless you have a valid resale license register with us on file, or arrange to have the item shipped out of California.
